(Photo courtesy)  Chief Government Pathologist Dr Johansen Oduor has officially withdrawn from carrying out the post-mortem examination on Albert Ojwang, which was scheduled for today. Dr Oduor stated that he will not be involved in the autopsy because the late Albert Ojwang belongs to his extended family.  Due to this close family connection, he explained that it would not be professional or appropriate for him to proceed with the examination. This sudden development was revealed today, causing a delay in the planned autopsy.  The family of the deceased, along with authorities, will now have to arrange for another qualified pathologist to conduct the post-mortem. Dr Oduor has served in many high-profile cases in Kenya and is widely respected in his field.  His decision to step aside is seen as a move to avoid conflict of interest and to maintain transparency in the investigation.
