In a gazette notice dated 5th June 2025, CS Mbadi reappointed Jedidah Karwitha Mwiti to the Board of Directors at Consolidated Bank Limited.  Mwiti will now serve a fresh three-year term, continuing her role in guiding the state-owned financial institution's governance and growth strategies.
