Kenya Prisons Shortlist 2025: Interview Dates and Full List of Successful Candidates Released

The Kenya Prisons Service has officially released the shortlist of candidates and announced the interview schedule following a rigorous national recruitment exercise earlier this year.

According to a public notice issued on Saturday, 7 June 2025, the interviews for shortlisted candidates will be conducted from Monday, 10 June to Thursday, 13 June 2025 at the Prisons Staff Training College in Ruiru, located along Ruiru-Kiambu Road, off the Eastern Bypass.

The shortlisted applicants include those who applied for the positions of prison cadets, technicians, and artisans. Each group has been allocated a specific day for the interview to ensure order and efficiency during the process.


 Documents Required for the Kenya Prisons Interview 2025

All candidates must attend the interviews on their assigned dates and present the following original documents:

National Identity Card (ID)

Academic certificates

Birth certificate

KRA PIN certificate

Any other relevant documents

Failure to attend on the specified date or to present all required documents may result in automatic disqualification.
