Autopsy Reveals How Toto Touch CEO Susan Njoki Died

 

Shockwaves continue to ripple through Nairobi after new autopsy findings confirmed that Susan Njoki, the CEO of Toto Touch Kenya, was murdered by manual strangulation. The disturbing revelation now deepens the mystery surrounding her sudden admission and subsequent death at Chiromo Hospital on July 15.

Speaking at the Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on July 22, government pathologist Dr J. N. Ndung’u confirmed that Njoki’s neck bore distinct signs of compression, clearly pointing to a violent end. “There are features of compression to the neck, and those features are in keeping with manual strangulation,” Ndung’u stated. He also noted that Njoki’s body showed signs of hypoxia—oxygen deprivation—corroborating the cause of death.

The autopsy, carried out by a team of six pathologists, unanimously concluded that she died approximately four hours after her final meal, remnants of which were found in her stomach. The team dismissed earlier speculation that her death was natural or medically induced.

Njoki had reportedly been forcefully removed from her residence and taken to Chiromo Hospital by four unidentified individuals. Witness accounts and early investigations suggest that she was injected with an unknown substance before being admitted. Her husband, Alloise Ngure, has emerged as a central figure in the case, with detectives now treating him as a person of interest.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) arrested Ngure last week, though he was released on cash bail. Authorities remain tight-lipped about his current whereabouts and involvement.

With mounting public pressure, many are now questioning who ordered the forced hospitalisation and what substance was used. As investigations continue, a dark veil still hangs over Susan Njoki’s final hours—one that demands answers.
